TRIFLE CUSTARD.
INGREDIENTS:
1)   Three flavors of custard (I used pine apple, strawberry and vanilla)
2)  Two flavors of jelly (I used pine apple and raspberry)
Tip: Use contrasting colors to make the trifle custard look yummy.
PROCEDURE:
FOR THE FIRST LAYER:

Prepare the pine apple layer custard as the first layer. I used a very simple method to prepare custard. I used an instant custard powder where I just mixed the powder with the required amount of milk and boiled in a low flame. Pour this custard in a glass and keep it in a freezer for about 20-30 minutes so that the custard will partially solidify.

FOR THE SECOND LAYER:
For the second layer I used a raspberry jelly. Preparing a jelly is very easy. I just mixed the raspberry jelly powder in a hot water for required proportion. Cool this jelly mix to a warm temperature. This cooling is done because if we pour a very hot jelly above the custard it might melt. So pour the warm jelly above the custard and keep it in the freezer for the jelly to form.

FOR THE THIRD LAYER:
We just prepare alternate layers of custard and jelly to have a pleasant look and a mixed taste. The next layer that I made was the strawberry custard. Prepare the custard in the same way and pour it above the jelly after the jelly has been solidified. Again keep it in the freezer to cool.

FOR THE FOURTH LAYER:
For the fourth layer I again used a jelly layer. This time it was a pine apple jelly. Prepare the jelly in the same way and pour it over the solidified custard and allow it to cool on the freezer.

FOR THE FINAL LAYER:
The final layer again has custard. I used a vanilla custard and mixed some dry fruits with it to make it taste better. Decorated it with some badham after pouring into the glass and allow it to cool.

THAT’S HOW MY FINAL TRIFLE CUSTARD LOOKED..!!!
Note that I allowed the custard to cool for 20 minutes and the jelly for 15 minutes. It may vary for freezers and see that you don’t over freeze the custard or the jelly..!!
